The Sabra Hummus House

AAP created a month-long pop-up restaurant experience for Sabra by overhauling an empty storefront in Washington, DC. An oasis of discovery and exploration, Sabra Hummus House featured new, chef-designed fusions, as well as classic favorites that allowed guests to taste, see and experience hummus as much more than just a dip.
